Internships at MiddleGround Capital
MiddleGround Capital offers internships to both undergraduate and graduate students during the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. Interns gain hands-on experience across operations, investment, investor relations, business development, marketing, and back-office teams with projects that range from evaluating potential portfolio companies to improving operational processes.
The program includes cross-functional development opportunities, a formal mentorship program, and weekly training sessions that provide insight into the unique responsibilities of each team at the firm. We also encourage interns to take initiative, balancing a structured program with opportunities to ideate their own projects.
